Ezam Mohd Noor, the former youth head of Parti Keadilan Rakyat today publicly revealed a letter supposedly written by his former boss Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, the Opposition Leader which Ezam was supposed to hand to the then Prime Minister, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad. Ezam said that the letter came about 2 days after Anwar was sacked where he attempted to make peace and thanked Tun Dr Mahathir for his love and care to him and his wife, Datuk Seri Wan Azizah Wan Ismail. The letter was read alout at a ceramah at the Kampung Kubang Parit as part of the campaign in the upcoming by-election of Kuala Terengganu. Ezam said “Anwar had directed me to make sure that the letter was delivered by hand to Dr Mahathir before he left for the meeting as he feared that the prime minister would produce witnesses for his alleged misconduct at the gathering. However, I was a few minutes late and by the time I reached the Prime Minister’s Department, Dr Mahathir had already left,”
